Birthday parties can be booked on Saturdays only. The cost is £200 for 15 children. Any additional children will be charged at £10, up to a maximum of 25 children (including the birthday child). A £50 deposit is required upon booking and the remaining balance will be due on the day of the party. Bookings are subject to the availability of Middlewood House Community Hall; therefore it is advised to enquire at least 4 weeks in advance. Parties are structured in a similar way to ordinary sessions; the theme of stories, songs and other activities can be tailored to your child's interests. A campfire lunch of hotdogs (vegan unless you request otherwise) will be provided, as well as juice and marshmallows for toasting. You should provide a cake and party bags if desired. Please make staff aware of any dietary requirements in advance. The community hall is available for toilets and hand washing and in case of bad weather. The party may be cancelled only in cases of dangerous weather conditions, gale force winds and/or storms, and in such cases any payments received would be returned, or a different date can be offered.
